I have the old system vbm3000. I can't get it to connect. I have 3 lights on the base. Power, world with erow and camera.

What colors are the 3 LEDs? Power and Internet have to be green and Camera may be off or solid amber.

Yes they are. I havn't used this in years. I thought I needed to have a app first before. I can't get any connection, it just keeps trying.

It looks like all 3 LEDs are amber - that's a problem. It could be the power supply or the base. You can use a voltmeter to check for 12 volts DC at the power supply connector - if it's ok then you have a bad base.
