ACTIVATION DATE 9/14/2016

I purchased these cameras in 2015 and have good service ever since. Recently I changed the 3v batteries in four cameras. Checked the power and they all read 100%. One day later all 4 cameras were at 15% or less. I checked the batteries with a meter and they all were over 90% power leading me to suspect the software. If anyone has had similar problems with this camera I would appreciate some help. Thanks.

How old were the new batteries when installed? Batteries do have a shelf life so it is possible that they were almost flat to start with.

When measuring batteries with a volt meter you should have the battery under load, if it’s showing a 10% drop it is likely showing a dead battery.
