I need a security key for an anti-theft mount

My parents got 4 Arlo cameras installed in their new home: a doorbell and 3 more cameras that use the anti-theft mount (VMA5100).

I made some changes to their wifi network and need to reset the outdoor cameras, and to do that I need a security key. But unfortunately the installer didn’t leave us any.

I’d like to reset the wifi on these cameras without the provided security key. Will a regular hex key work? Any idea what size? Or is it a different shape? I’d like to avoid trial-and-error as the entire kit seems a bit delicate. I would appreciate photos!

(I couldn’t find any retailer shipping a full anti-theft mount to Canada so I can’t just buy a new one.)

Try a 2 mm hex key.
