Arlo.com Order - discount not working

I have been trying to order a couple new cameras for the past few days. I have tried to effect a discount on the order with a code and through ID.me, all to no avail. Then when I use the chat function to get some help, it says I need a subscription to talk to a live agent. Cool. I'm just trying to spend money (though not that much). If I was not so invested in the system, I'd say to hell with it.

So, is anyone in charge of the storefront? Is there any help to be found?
