Hello All

Just purchased and installed the arlo system wiht 4 cameras. I am having some issues, where clicking on the email link (within just a few hours) of the notifications of motion detection yields a message of "no shared recordings found". This is occuring on all 4 cameras and when i click on the browser and app library, none of the videos show up as being available (it says there are no recordings). I have not deleted anything.

Please help.

Shared links expire after 24 hours or until the content it is linked to is deleted. If the video is no longer in the library, the link will no longer work.

Content will remain in your library for up to 7 days on the free Basic plan if not manually deleted.

Are you the only user with access to your system?

my wife is on the system, but has not deleted anything. Today, I received notification that motion was detected, but when I click on the email link I get " no shared recordings founds". I then checked on my phone app and although I received email notification of motion, there is no phone notification of any motion detected and there is no video found in the library.

This is very frustrating.

Any other advice?

Does this happen intermittently or for all motion detection emails?
