No pushnotifications on android phone

Hi,

Myn arlo app is allowing running in the background still No pushnotifications.

Myn phone is Android 5.2 alcatel ons Touch.

In the beginning i had No problemen.

Can you Help me?

I reinstalled the app more Times.

Nothing works

Consider checking your rules for each camera to make sure push notifications are enabled.

Log in to your Arlo account, navigate to Mode > select your base station > click the pencil icon next to your active mode > click edit on the desired rule > make sure Push notifications are enabled.

Dag James,

Ik deed alles wat u vroeg meerdere keer het lukt me niet om pushnotifications te krijgen.

En nogmaals ik krijg wel pushnotifications op mijn tablet Nexus 10 .

Ik krijg geen pushnotifications op mijn Gsm alcatel ons Touch.

Ik kreeg dat wel in het begin.

U heeft me niet kunnen helpen.

Het ligt aan de software update van arlo niet aan wat ik instel op de app arlo.
