If your asking the max range for the motion detect... I would estimate its usable range prob in the area of 0-30 feet or about 10m max( best if under 20ft ). Mind that if settings for detect are high there may be false triggers for wind, etc.

The night vision ( which is built in ) is quite good... inside a house it will illuminate more as the IR is reflected off walls, etc.... In outside the IR has a max range illumination of about 10m+ at about a 60 degree angle ( illumination falling off at outer sides like with a flashlight )

Hello capstone209

You can place your Arlo camera a maximum of 300 feet from the base station. In indoor installations, the range might be less if metal objects or thick walls and ceilings are between a camera and the base station. Here is a link to the Arlo Knowledge base How far from the base station can I place my Arlo camera?

Night vision is included with the Arlo cameras.
