    <description>&lt;P&gt;What does have to do with WIFI?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But maybe using the Smart Phone is the best solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Others ideas from my side:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But for Netgear it should be possible to trigger a recording via standard http?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would VPN an Option to tunnel the Firewall?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to access my Arlo Camera&amp;nbsp;from Work (important usecase) I get the "connection error". As already written in this community this seems to be an firewall issue (there is no chance for me to change the firewall).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a workaround for the issue e.g.:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Could arlo offer a functionality to trigger a recording via http? Then I would get an Email and could&amp;nbsp;watch the video.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pedro&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using cell service rather than WiFi while at work is the only way around this. &amp;nbsp;Whether something gets changed in the future is unknown.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has everything to do with WiFi since it appears that you would be using the work WiFi to try to access Arlo. &amp;nbsp;If the network blocks access, WiFi is useless. &amp;nbsp;Hence, the suggestion to use cell service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
