    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's as close to powering off as you can get short of removing batteries. &amp;nbsp;It's in a very low power state so battery life is virtually unaffected. &amp;nbsp;Very low use cameras run for many months (approaching a year).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If i turn off the motion activation is this the same as turning the cameras off to save battery power or do I need to do something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either using the Disarmed mode or the On/Off switch in Settings, My Devices, your camera will prevent the camera from activating so will be in sleep mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
