      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My FW Version is&amp;nbsp;1.2.1728 of the Base Station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My auto update FW is on. Switched it on/of restart etc. It says: No Updates Available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards, Marc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try and toggle the auto update off ( then save ) Then toggle back on and save again....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next go to base settings and deactivate and the reactivate ( basicly rebooting )&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can re-activate your base station be performing the following steps while you are in the same location and on the same network as the base station:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Log into your Arlo account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp;Click/tap "Settings"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Click/tap Subscription&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page/screen under "Base Stations"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Add Base Station&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6) the Base station serial number should auto populate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7) Click "Continue"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your base station should now be connected!! You will also need to resync your cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But after 10 minutes still the old firmware.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It appears both your base and cams are out of current version...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was me, I prob do a full reset to factory defaults ( paper clip hole AND sync button for about 10 seconds till all lights flash )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT, it can be a pain as you'd have to also resync the cams and redo any modes/scheds you made&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IMO, it sounds like you should bounce this off a higher pay scale than mine ( ASK NETGEAR ).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
