      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's the light level that likely has caused this. &amp;nbsp;Move the camera to a position with better light or add light to the existing location and you should see color. &amp;nbsp;The cameras automatically switch to B&amp;amp;W when light levels are too low.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
