My arlo is saving it to my emails but not to my arlo app library does it take a few hours to loaf to the arlo app library

Stucco,

Once a video recording has completed it will then appear in the library where it can be accessed.

Depending on the length you have set for your recordings, it may take longer for the recording to appear. (a 10 second video will complete fast than a 2 minute video)
