Base station VMB3000 not connecting to mesh system

I have the Arlo HD cameras connected to VMB3000 base station. All worked well for years until I upgraded to deco mesh system and now the base station shows as offline on the app even though Internet light is green on the base station.

I have a virgin router in modem mode connected to the main deco unit and the base station is wired into that.

Have tried to discover it as a new base station in the app but with no joy.

Any suggestions or any settings need changing in the deco setup?

Can you make sure you are connecting it to 2.4 GHz as it will not work on 5 GHz.

Actually this doesn't matter when onboarding a base, as the base connects over ethernet.

@Kg2024: Check the Deco's attached device list, and see if the base shows up there. It would also be useful to know the LED status of the base.

Also, if you are trying this with the mobile app, then I suggest also trying it with a PC (my.arlo.com).
