No loner recording

hello, i had my Arlo since 2018, it will always record for 7 days on my library, now that i added my parents camara so i can view their house my camaras automatic stop recording. i went ahead and took off their camaras and reset my cameras and it still no longer records. i need help..

What are the model numbers for your parents cameras?

Did your parents friend share you their access to your account or did you import them to your account?

ANy camera newer than the Pro 2 (as of 2018) requires a subscription for cloud recordings. Check the subscription status - likely the trial subscription has expired so a paid sub will be needed.
