Does anyone have a telephone number to talk to anyone to get help???? I have 5 cameras around for several years, but have no idea what type they are?

You may be able to identify your camera using the arlo mobile app, settings/support/camera, scroll down to the model number and if you have a paid subscription you usually get a contact number.

else, look for the VMCxxxx label inside the camera battery compartment or under the camera if no battery.

If you have four little batteries it would be the early arlo vmc3030 camera.

@DannyBearAgain's info is all correct; but I thought it would be good to focus on the phone support aspect - many people do end up chatting with scammers, and that has cost them.

Phone support requires a subscription and is only available through the app.

Don't google for a phone number, that will lead you to a scam support site.
