      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a base hub (VMB5000) for local storage. I cannot find any recording in the app. I have direct storage access and view recording enabled. It also tell me I have 80gb storage used in my as card, just can’t see any.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Where are you looking for the recordings?&amp;nbsp; Are you seeing any errors when you try to access them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your app interface shows "Library", then you need to select the smarthub on the library page.&amp;nbsp; You do that by pressing on the "Library" header at the top of the page - you should then see the option to select the smarthub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your app interface shows "Feed" instead, then you need to go into the smarthub device settings.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You should see the recordings in the storage section.&amp;nbsp; Regrettably, there is no way to see them in the Feed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right place. Have you removed the drive and checked on a computer to see if anything is recorded? Have you checked your active mode to verify cameras should be recording?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
