My Arlo went blank on my iPhone last night. I have logged out and logged in. I have deleted app and put back on. I am the account and my husband the access. Help

Really? Nobody can help me? No ideas? It just comes up to the add a device screen. It comes up on my Mac.... just blank on my phone. I really need some help.

When you uninstalled the app did you just remove it from the home screen or delete it off the iPhone? If it was only uninstalled, follow these steps to delete it.

~ Go to the App Library

~ Find the Arlo app and hold it down

~ It will say delete app ( if it says remove app it is not done correctly)

~ Once it is deleted go back into the app store and download the Arlo app again.

~ Then sign in with the user name and password.

Are you the main account holder or is your husband? If it is your husband he can go into the account and go under people. Remove you and then readd you and then you can try logging into the account again.

Thank you BrookeN.... You helped. I finally was able to get it back. I didn't know about the difference of from screen vs.off phone. I really appreciate your advice. And yes, I am the account holder.
