&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The WiFi has no bearing since the hub is connected to your network via Ethernet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't say why you have to do this but it's a relatively unusual occurrence. We have seen this before but I don't know what the resolution was. It would seem to be a local issue so tell us about your network config and phone model and OS.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes a more advanced network setup causes issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHat are you rebooting - the hub? It's possible that you may need to remove the hub and associated camera(s) from your account and start fresh to clear out whatever weirdness is causing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dude&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've updated software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've removed all devices&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've hard reset the hub and devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on the same network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same 2.4 ghz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is unacceptable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And the only way to see my videos is to reboot???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at other options&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyone else should too&lt;/P&gt;</description>
