    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a couple Cameras from Arlo and a station that I wanted to use again, when I tried logging back in to the old account I had, it said that I couldn't log in with the credentials I had. I don't have access to the email anymore but I still tried changing the password by using the reset button but the app told me it couldn't and to go to this website&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://my.arlo.com/hmsweb/login/v2" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://my.arlo.com/hmsweb/login/v2&lt;/A&gt;. That website told me I was blocked and couldn't access my.arlo.com. Is there a way to reset everything, the base and cameras so I can just make a new account and connect it with my existing devices without having access to my old account? Is there anything I can do? I have the Model VMB3000&lt;/P&gt;</description>
