Camera does not read QR Code. I have tried all the recommendations on the arlo.com but still doesn't read the code so never herd a chime. Any ideas? TIA

The AL1101 is the old arlo security light, and not a camera. Since it has no camera, it cannot scan anything.

Can you double-check what you purchased?
