New Arlo App granted access - deleting multiple events

I have granted full access to my better half. When they try to manage events to delete events, they are not allowed to delete multiple events and have to select and swipe one at a time. Even though, myself being the account holder, I can manage events and delete multiple events at one time. What am I doing wrong for them not to be able to delete multiple events?

Are you using iOS or Android? Do you have the latest version of the mobile app available from the app store?

We are both using Android app and have been downloaded within the last month.
