VMB3000 When trying to add base station or camera says I am offline

VMB3000. My Arlo used to work. I tried to reset and tried to add the base station and camera under my registered e mail. However system tries to find buy says I AM OFFLINE. The lights are showing as solid green on the base station bit cannot configure and cannot get a picture on the camera even though it flashes red as recording

STart by removing all devices from your account. Hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. After it reboots, claim the base first and then the cameras. BTW, the cameras don't flash red/amber when recording - that's an indication that pairing failed.
