We have a system with two cameras and a doorbell. They are under my wife's email. I would like to have access to them but when she went to share with a friend I was sent a link to start a whole new account, adding each device. The devices are there I just need to share in the ability to view the images they capture. Help

No, you are misunderstanding the process.

You do need a different account, but you do not add each device. Cameras can only onboarded to one account. After you accept the invitation, you should see all the cameras that she shared.

Start by clicking on the "Create account" link in the email (on a PC). That will open up your browser to my.arlo.com. Log into the account you already created (no need to make another one), and go through the 2-factor verification step.

Then have her check the invitation status on her account - it should show it is "accepted".

There might be another step needed (migrating her account to "feed"), but it's best to start with getting the invite accepted.
