topic No access to local storage when connected to 5GHz WiFi in Arlo

I have 2.4FHz and 5Ghz WiFi on the same router and different SSIDs. The Hub is connected to a WiFi Bridge which itself connects to the 5GHz signal.

I can see my locally stored videos when my phone is connected to the 2.4GHz signal but not when connected to the 5GHz. All the devices on either WiFi are on the same subnet and visible to each other. The error I get when trying to access the videos while connected to the 5GHz is "There was an error obtaining your library. The Arlo Team is working on the issue. "

Any help?

Do you also have port forwarding enabled?

If you do,

can you access the videos when you are not connected to either wifi?

does disabling mobile data change the behavior?
