Are you receiving an error message when entering the code? Try entering the code with all lowercase characters and no spaces, do you still experience the same issue?

yes i have tried using the promotion code lower case with hyphens, lower case without hyphens, uppercase without hyphens, upper case with hyphens - none of these methods work.
