&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You could&amp;nbsp;try rebooting the base station. This can be done remotely by logging in to your Arlo account and navigating to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select your base station &amp;gt; Restart.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The camera also could be offline due to depleted batteries, in this case, you would need to install a fresh set to bring the camera back online.&lt;/P&gt;
