SAVED EDITS to ARMED MODE SENSITIVIY & RECORD TIME SETTINGS REVERT BACK TO ORIGINAL SETTINGS

I have 5 VMC3030 cameras on my ARLO System. I want to increase the sensitivity and record times on each, since there have been few recordings today.

My ARLO system is online.

All devices are ARMED...there are NO SCHEDULES... NO PUSH NOTIFICATIONS.

Up until today, I was able to easily edit the SENSITIVITY AND RECORD TIME modes for all 5 cameras...and it was easy to check that my edits had worked, once each camera's MODE changes were SAVED.

But today, when I try to increase either the sensitivity of the cameras (ie: from 80% to 95%), and/or increase the record time (ie: from 30 seconds to 60 seconds) ...and then press SAVE... I find that the edited sensitivity/record times revert back to the original settings (ie: 80% for 30 seconds).

My ARLO System:

1. has a current ARLO SECURE subscription AND updated hardware and firmware

2. is accessed via my personal HP computer with Windows 10, also recently updated

3. has all BATTERIES GREATER THAN 50%

4. shows a strong signal for each camera

5. has been logged on and off and back on numerous times...and my computer has been restarted

6. has had the BASE STATION REBOOTED numerous times, both remotely and on-site

7. has working slides for the editing of the sensitivity and record time modes

8. had ALL MODE EDITS working well...up until today.

Any idea what is causing this...and how it can be fixed?

Open and close the battery door on each camera to see if that helps.
