No connection at all

Hi there!

I am trying to conect my Arlo base station in my office.

I am using directly the cable that I use to conect my pc but this does not work with my base station.

the led conection remains in orange.

I am not sure but i believe my office conection is a private net.

Does any one know how to solve this problem?

You prob use a password for the computer to sign into the network there or it may be a private wan... this will not happen with the base.

The Arlo base needs acces to the internet to function and the only way to gain access sounds like you have to talk to the IT guys where you work
