      <description>&lt;P&gt;After I reset the password to my account I can’t see my devices. &amp;nbsp;I still get notifications when there is motion detected, but the cameras don’t show up and I can’t access the recording. On a friend of mine’s device, they can see those features just fine. How do I see the cameras and recording again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's why you have the problem.&amp;nbsp; The password reset must have somehow migrated you to "Feed".&amp;nbsp; Did you accidentally create a new account???&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No matter how it happened, all the shared accounts need to match the primary.&amp;nbsp; The primary account can also be migrated to "Feed" by starting to add a Pro 5s camera or a Home Security System.&amp;nbsp; That won't complete of course (since the primary owner doesn't have one), but the process will migrate the account to "Feed".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is very different (and has some limitations), so the primary user should look at the forum posts here on the subject before migrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
