I have no idea why I am now getting this message or how to correct: "Error while JSONSerialization" on my iphone 11

I had removed the app and re-added and looked to see if I could fix this via my computer. Should not take me an hour to review options to resolve this issue.

It is a programming error. There is probably nothing a community member can do to help. Today I am unable to use the website, also a programming error. If your problem still exists then I suggest reporting it to Arlo support.

@RSH62 Can you provide the steps you performed when this error occurred? What were you trying to do in the app?
