&lt;P&gt;One option (which likely will be faster/easier) would be to just cancel the card and get one with a new number.&amp;nbsp; Maybe also dispute the charge via the credit card company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to cancel the monthly support charge for base and two cameras. &amp;nbsp;When I go into "my subscription", none are listed. &amp;nbsp;Yet, my monthly credit card shows a charge of $6.35. &amp;nbsp;We are no longer using this product. &amp;nbsp;I believe this was for cloud backup when owned by Netgear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
