it seems like the 'share access' function is disabled on my account. Does any one knows why?

Are you using the primary account? Or are you using a friend account?

I think it is a primary account. I reset the home base by using this account. How can I check?

Have you ever shared cameras before? If not, it has to be the primary (only) account.

If you see "Library" as an option in the app, you can also select "settings" and "my devices". You should see the base, and any cameras connected to it.

Also - did you mean "Grant Access" is grayed out?

I haven't shared cameras before.

I dont see 'Library' option in the app. The app is running on IOS, and live viewing of the cameras is on 'Home' app(bridging) on my iPhone. I am not sure my setting is correct.

The "+" icon in share access with friends is greyed out.

I was trying to follow the steps from the link you sent, but stuck on step 4:Tap or click “+” to add a person.

the “+” button is greyed out.

sorry, i dont get what you mean. The base station came with the house from the previous owner.
