      <title>Paid for Arlo Secure but subscription is not in my account.  Has anyone experienced this fault?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My trial subscription ended and I paid for the $12.99 Arlo Secure plan two days ago.&amp;nbsp; Today, My.arlo.com account does not show a subscription plan, but my credit card shows the $12.99 charge.&amp;nbsp; I can't change or cancel this subscription through the app or a computer at my.arlo.com because the subscription shows "no plan."&amp;nbsp; Has anyone experienced this and if so, what was the solution?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is the transaction showing as pending or completed on your credit card statement? It sounds like the transaction may have failed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the same situation - I am billed monthly and yet when i log in it says I don't have a subscription.&amp;nbsp; The chat bot wasnt helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised a case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On reading other comments I think the only option is for the credit card company to stop the payment as Arlo is unwilling to stop taking money from people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
