      <title>VMB3000 - App can't locate the device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Found this system in a closet - brand new (never used).&amp;nbsp; Tried connecting it to my Arlo account, but it says that no Arlo devices can be located.&amp;nbsp; I can see the base station in my router, but it isn't detectable by the app.&amp;nbsp; I have a green power light and a solid green internet light.&amp;nbsp; I have done a factory reset multiple times, but device still not found.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No other devices connected to my account as I created it today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Base Station VMB3000" id="base-station-vmb3000"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One thing you try is onboarding the base with a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
