I don't know what Arlo calls the VMB3010r2 hardware. I need to delete old phone from my profile. The instructions do not match my ios app. I am not getting any notifications. Yes, Notifications is on and do not disturb is off. Firmware 1.21.0.0_1526_a58d08a

Generally just a VMB3000 here. That's just the base, not the cameras.

FWIW, the hardware isn't relevant to your problem.

Do you mean from the trusted device list?

If so, are you looking for instructions for a PC browser (my.arlo.com) or the iOS app?

Also, do you see "Library" as a menu option on the app? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
