I have an issue where suddenly the base is shuffling between 3 green and 1 orange light in the power light and is off line.

To clarify - the VMB4000's power LED keeps going switching between amber and green?

That suggests the base isn't able to boot.

The base itself might have failed, or it just might be the power adapter.

Yes. See picture. The lights keep switching every second.

Unfortunately, I can't see the difference in the LEDs sharply enough to be sure that I'm seeing the difference. Explain in text what you see. Be explicit.
