    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a few days ago, a family member sent me a link to join their group so that I could view our home cameras and turn them on or off if needed. However, all I get are notifications for the cameras and I can’t see them at all on my dashboard. My family member has given me access but it seems to not be working, how do i fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the app interfaces aren't matched.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check if the primary account shows "Library" as an option in the app.&amp;nbsp; I'm thinking yours shows "Feed" and "Dashboard", but not "Library".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, the only solution is to migrate the primary account to "Feed".&amp;nbsp; They can do that by going into "add device" and starting to add a Pro 5s or Home Security system.&amp;nbsp; That will fail of course, since they don't own those devices.&amp;nbsp; But they will get a prompt to migrate to "Feed".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "Feed" interface is quite different from what they have now, and there are some bugs and limitations that Arlo still needs to address.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, once they migrate to "Feed' there is no way to revert back if they don't like it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
