Base Station

I had 3 active Arlo cameras in my old house. When I moved, I disconnected and brought them with me. Now, less than 2 years later I want to reconnect the Arlo system to supplement my hardwired Ring system. Arlo does not recognize base station ( 3 lights are green, middle one blinks). Do I have to activate my account/pay to have it work again?

No, you won't need a subscription to get the cameras connected and livestreaming.

You might need one for cloud storage - that depends on what model cameras you own. If you aren't sure, open the cameras and remove the battery. There is a label inside. (If the housing doesn't open, then you must have an Essential model).

Are you using the same Arlo account that you were using before?

Are your cameras using a base station, or do they connected directly to your home wifi?
