Cannot add Arlo Q camera

I have been trying to add an arlo Q camera to my arlo app. I alrwady have 5 cameras. When I turn the camera on it is solid orange. When I am directed to press the synch. button, after about one minute of pressing, it starts to blink orange and blue. After about another minute it goes blue for 2-3 seconds and back to solid orange again. At no stage I hear any sound. It is as if the camera is dead. Not even when I press the reset button. I cannot install it. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Have you tried to factory reset per the steps? https://kb.arlo.com/000062665/How-to-factory-reset-an-Arlo-Q-or-Arlo-Q-Plus-Camera#:~:text=To%20perform%20a%20factory%20reset,until%20the%20LED%20flashes%20amber).

The basic plan you currently have only supports up to five legacy devices.
