Sluggish and incessant Alerts

Arlo is a good camera system, with faults. The system alerts incessantly when motion is happening, instead of recognizing it’s the same event and alert once or twice. Or if I swipe off the notification, the software recognizes I acknowledge the alert and it silences it shortly. They need updates for their servers. It takes to long to pull up live videos or past videos. I can click on the HomeKit alert and it pulls up quickly. Arlo takes twice or three times as long. We have the base unit and 6 cameras and two flood lights with a bridge. Completely up to date on updates.

If your getting more alerts than desired, you might consider adjusting your recording length or motion sensitivity for your cameras. If your seeing too many recordings for the same event, extending the recording length may be a good option.
