VMC3030 EOL offer doesn’t accept my email address

I have several model VMC3030 cameras, and when I input my email address for the EOL offer it was not recognized.

I have had an account for several years and I want to know how to proceed from here to get in on the offer.

Yes, I am in the United States and yes, I am using the correct email for the account.
