cameras not showing up with new base

I have two of the original Arlo cameras (Netgear on the side). They worked fine with the original base station and Arlo app. I had to get a new base station VMB 4000 for Arlo and Arlo Pro base stations. All three lights on the base station are solid green but the cameras are not showing up in the Arlo App. How do I get the cameras to show on the Arlo App? Thanks.

Did you remove them from the account and then re-add them?

It'd be helpful to know the camera model. If they use four CR132 batteries, then they are the original VMB3030 cameras. If not, open the housing and remove the battery. There's a label inside.
