Video settings won’t load video feed

hi. Using Arlo H11 cameras. Have tried reinstalling app, rebooting base station. Confirmed on latest firmware. Issue happens with BOTH cameras.

It's not clear what cameras/base you're using. Can you clear that up? Unfortunately, H11 is simply the hardware revision which could be true on various camera models. The base has a sticker on the bottom with VMBxxxx and the cameras can mostly be determined by looking in the battery cavity for a VMCxxxx on the sticker. The oldest cameras can be figured out by telling us the batteries in use (4 CR123 or a rechargeable battery).
