      <title>Subscription cancellation not being allowed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any advice appreciated on how on earth I cancel my Arlo subscription. I have called them multiple times but they hang up on me every time I mention that I want to cancel. Then they keep sending me back to their website which will NOT let me unsubscribe as the subscription link in greyed out and won’t allow me to click on it. &amp;nbsp;I have tried from my phone, from my desktop, from multiple different browsers and the ‘continue to cancel’ button doesn’t work. HELP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From the geek squad at Best Buy, which is where I bought the cameras. The geek squad called for a conference call with myself and them, and the person that answered hung up when I told them I needed to cancel my subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do the cameras still show up in your subscription plan in the app?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they do, then you can also try to&amp;nbsp; get phone support via the app&amp;nbsp; (going into the support section).&lt;/P&gt;
