Vbm3000 and arlo app

Was given a arlo system with vmb3000 base. Have no manual, downloaded the arlo secure app and registered, but can not get it to connect to net. It has green light that stays lite for a while, then it blinks, then goes to steady light.

Is this system to old for the app I downloaded?

And does anyone have the manual, not showing up in Arlo library.

You should identify the camera model number to start with, most have a label located in the battery compartment with the VMC prefix.

The earlier arlo wire-free Camera’s uses 4 x batteries rather than a single rechargeable.

If the cameras are a later model such as arlo pro (4030) then you can look for the links at the head of the forum boards for the camera manual.

Played around with it some more and tried another reset, but held it longer than before. Finally got it connected and have one camera synced.
