Plan change to New Location

The apps has changed and my time zone is incorrect. It does not appear to be a way to change your time zone.

The challenge is my paid plan is on that location and I can not change it to a correct location with the right time zone.

Any solutions out there for changing your paid plan to a newly created location?

Can you try changing the address to another one in the time zone you want?
