      <title>Sooo much trouble trying to place an order!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried placing the same order twice now. They both went through fine, received an email confirmation. Then about 2 hours later, I get an email asking to call 866-703-7170 for "additional information is required to process your recent Arlo.com order". So I call, it ask to enter in my order number. I do, but of course the system cant find it. So it just keeps asking for the order number, I enter in over and over again til the system hangs up on me!! There is no way to talk to an operator?!?! Terrible!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chat is not working for some reason now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the EOL 50% off coupon code they sent to me. I checked my credit card and it just says "Pending".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a different phone to reach Arlo customer service??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
