Hello

I am trying to change my email address on the arlo app. I go to settings put in new email address, confirm email address and current password and save. I go back to see if it changed and it does not.

Can anyone help me? Is there a phone number that I can call a live person at arlo?

To change your email address, follow the instructions listed here: https://kb.arlo.com/4118/How-can-I-change-my-Arlo-email-address

To contact support, you will need an active Arlo Secure trial or subscription plan. You can then open a ticket using Settings > Support within the Arlo Secure mobile app.
