      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo App is frozen on the home screen.&amp;nbsp; I've removed the app and reinstalled (more than once).&amp;nbsp; No change.&amp;nbsp; It worked for over a year and now nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming older phones are supported and have current OS updates, I would think factory resetting the phone would be the next step.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
