topic iOS notification issue. Receiving notifications on old phone only after buying new phone. in Arlo

So I got a new iPhone 14 and installed Arlo app.

Notifictaions still arrive at the old phone.

Realizing that notifications are sent to a device rather than an app or phone number, I am thinking I need to trust the new devices. We all know that that functionality is wonky, and I along with several other users, do not have the option of trusting a new device. It's greyed out.

On the website, you can edit two-factor devices, but it only allows me to edit the phone number, not delete the trusted device.

Not even sure that trusted device is the root cause of not receiving notifications - because I changed 2FA to SMS and I still only receive notifications on my old phone.

I ran through all the trouble shootings out there to no avail. Double checked notification settings on iOS and that the alerts are set to push notifications in the app.

Any ideas? The app is updated to the newest version.
